Why is our shop named Neurodiverse Cats?

Great question!
Neurodiversity is the current buzz word for people who are diagnosed to be ASD, On the Spectrum, Austistic or have Aspergers Syndrome. People who are high functioning neurodiverse have long been regarded as different and have been framed negatively under the umbrella of mental health.
The modern approach is to view these people as having differently wired brains to neurotypical people (the norm), thus recognising that social misunderstandings and poor interpersonal skills may be viewed in a positive light as our understanding of neurodiverse behavioural patterns are studied and modifed to seek societal harmony.
So, our approach to current ideology is to generally view Neurodiverse people as differently wired in their brains and therefore differently inspired; wired not weird; celebrating neurodiversity as a contribution to society rather than hampering all types of common social interactions.
To maintain this approach requires much devotion to educating neurotypicals into the thought patterns and behaviour manifestations of neurodiverse people. Conversely, Neurodiverse people must be educated in living and surviving a heavily structured neurotypical world.
Thus, this shop provides tangible positive affirmation with positive slogans, humour, wearable jewellery and apparel, informative blogs and information to help neurodivergent people more easily traverse the social divide by celebrating their neurodiversity and embracing who they are as valued people.
Our affectionate term for Neurotypical people is to see them as "Neurodivergent Cats", as cats are valued, liked and loved the world over. Cats, however, constantly display neurotypical behaviour. This does not mean that cats are necessarily ASD, autistic or on the spectrum. It does mean that we accept cats behaviour and love them anyway, making room for them in our lives despite their behavioural tendencies to to be neurotypically divergent in every typical social interaction with humans while displaying left field thinking and socially inappropriate behaviour at odd times.
